This service is our most popular service! It's a quick 1-day process where we come in a wash your pavers to remove any stains and debris. We then seal your pavers using 2 coats of our high-performance water-based sealer.
This service is the same as our Wash and Seal service with adding joint locking sand! It's a quick 1-day process where we come in a wash your pavers to remove any stains and debris. Then we pour out our joint locking sand and dry sweep it into all joints. we remove excess with a blower. We then seal your pavers using 3 coats of our high-performance water-based sealer, the first coat being a diluted flood coat for the joints.
Want to change the color of your pavers, or enhance the color a little more? We offer color shot sealing services. We add a tint to the paver sealer and instantly change the color and whole look of your property!
Not all sealers are created equal, there is solvent based and water-based sealers. We use a super concentrated water-based film forming sealer that we dilute on site; you want to use a water-based sealer for a humid climate to prevent discoloration and efflorescence. The same story when it comes to the joint locking sand, polymeric sand is not recommended for climates like South Florida. We use a special sand made by the same sealer company for a perfect and long-lasting job!

Paver sealing is the process of applying a protective sealant to outdoor pavers to enhance their durability, appearance, and longevity. Sealants create a barrier that protects against stains, UV damage, and weathering.
Sealing your pavers offers numerous benefits, including protection from stains, UV rays, and harsh weather conditions. It also enhances the color and appearance of your pavers, reduces maintenance, and extends their lifespan.
The frequency of sealing depends on factors such as the type of sealant used, the climate, and the level of foot or vehicle traffic. In general, pavers should be resealed every 1-5 years to maintain optimal protection and appearance. South Florida's climate is very rough with the humidity, and it is normally on the lower side.
While DIY sealing kits are available, hiring a professional paver sealing company ensures proper application and long-lasting results. Professionals have the expertise, equipment, and knowledge to select the right sealant for your pavers and apply it effectively. We take pride in our perfect and clear uniform finishes.
The duration of the sealing process depends on factors such as the size of the area, the condition of the pavers, and the type of sealant used. Typically, sealing a standard-sized patio or driveway can take anywhere from a few hours to a day to complete. If heavy stripping for efflorescence and weed removal is needed it could take up to 3 days.
Sealing your pavers can enhance their natural colors, giving them a richer and more vibrant appearance. Additionally, sealants may provide a glossy or matte finish, depending on your preference. Color Tints are also available for additional color.
The cost of paver sealing depends on factors such as the size of the area, the type of sealant used, and any additional preparation or repairs required. It's best to request a quote from a professional paver sealing company to get an accurate estimate for your specific project.
Paver stripping is the process of removing old sealant, dirt, grime, and other debris from the surface of pavers to prepare them for resealing or restoration. It involves thorough cleaning and sometimes the use of specialized stripping agents or equipment.
Paver joint stabilizing sand is a special type of sand designed to fill the joints between pavers and provide stability and durability. It contains polymers that activate with water to form a solid, yet flexible, bond that helps prevent weed growth, erosion, and shifting of the pavers.
When activated with sealer, the polymers in the stabilizing sand bind the sand particles together and to the edges of the pavers, creating a solid, cohesive surface. This helps lock the pavers in place and prevents the growth of weeds and other vegetation between the joints.
To apply paver joint stabilizing sand, simply sweep it into the joints between the pavers until they are filled to the desired level. Then, apply a flood coat of diluted sealer to activate the polymers and bond the sand together. Repeat the sealing process as needed until the sand is fully activated and the joints are stabilized. You can also wet sand, which is pouring the sand out and using water flow to move the sand around to fill the joints.
